How to care for the alpaca products I sell:

Alpaca Socks - Hand or machine wash on a delicate cycle with cold water.  Never use anything other than cold water, otherwise you will felt your socks and they will be ruined!  The socks may be laid flat to air dry or be tumbled dry on a low dryer setting.  Following these directions carefully will ensure you get the longest wear out of your alpaca socks.

Alpaca Scarves, Hats or any hand crocheted item - These hand made items must be hand washed only in cold water.  Then reshape it and lay it flat to air dry.

Felted Alpaca Soap - Use like a regular bar of soap until the soap is gone.  Then cut off a small piece of the felt on one side of the empty pouch and wash it out thoroughly to get rid of any soap residue.  Once soap-free, use it as a change purse or as a pouch for your cell phone.  Or place a smaller bar of soap inside to keep using.

Alpaca Themed Jewelry - Never use chemical cleaners on the alpaca charms since this may tarnish them.  Rinse with plain water if necessary.

Alpaca Rugs- These handmade rugs may only be spot cleaned with cold water. Then reshape it and lay it flat to air dry.

Alpaca Pet Beds- Machine wash in cold water, delicate cycle.  Tumble dry with low heat.
